Stephen and Julie’s Wedding

Dio li Fa, poi li Accoppia!
(“God makes them, then he mates them.”)

I had to title this blog post as such; it just fit Stephen and Julie Sanelli oh so well…! These two American-Italian lovers met early in high school and as they say, “the rest is history”!

Steven and Julie chose The Edgewater House as their wedding venue. The Edgewater House is located just north of Bremerton, Wa and is right-on-the-beach. One of the best features is the very private beachfront property. The Edgewater House can only be best described as a Northwest style mini mansion with a Terracotta twist (my description). Vaulted ceilings and a large floor plan offer plenty of getting ready space for the bridal parties. Red, black, white with crystal accents were their colors and they paired well with their venue!

There certainly wasn’t unfamiliarity with photographers within this family, Julie’s mother formerly owned and operated her own photography studio and Julie’s Maid of Honor has an Arts Degree and was an assistant photographer for a highly reputable Seattle photographer. Naturally we were honored and elated that we were chosen for their day!

With 11 groomsmen and 10 bridesmaids there was no shortage of group shots! Lots of individuality and panache, they were a great group no doubt! Can’t say enough about this well planned and thought out wedding, from the outstanding classic rock cover band “Homebrew”, to the delectable Italian food and mouthwatering treats, it couldn’t have been better! It was a wonderful thing to witness the love and connection of both families joining together, the pride conveyed and the possessiveness everyone had for the future of Stephen and Julie and for the family.

Salute!
